Service & Policy Guidelines

Our guidelines help make everyone's visit to Gameday Braids a pleasurable one. 

Our policies are a useful resource for our clients to refer to as a guide to the operational policies of Gameday Braids. Our goal is to ensure all of our clients enjoy the atmosphere and environment at Gameday Braids.​

1. PRODUCT REFUNDS

No refund or exchange.

2. REDO/REFUND POLICY FOR BRAIDING SERVICES

If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please notify us immediately prior to leaving. We would like the opportunity to redo the service prior to your departure from our venue. If there are any changes after 1 hour when the service ends, the client will be charged. We do not offer refunds on services.

3. DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. This allows us to cover our time in the event you cancel your appointment. However, we can reschedule your appointment. We cannot guarantee your booking without this deposit.

4. CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no show.

5. NO SHOW POLICY

Please be courteous and cancel if you change your mind. DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT or there will be a $20 no show fee charged on your next visit in order to compensate your stylist for lost revenue.

6. CHILDREN

To ensure the safety of our employees and clients, we ask that if you must bring your children to your appointment that they please be well behaved. Children who are at the venue may never be left alone and must be supervised at all times by their parents. Our stylists have no responsibility in terms of the welfare of the child's safety. Gameday Braids cannot be held liable for the supervision of children at the venue, nor parental injuries, or damage.

7. PAYMENT

Gameday Braids accepts Visa, MasterCard, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and cash. Payment for services must be made prior to arriving or once arrived at the venue. 

8. ALLERGIC REACTION

Please inform stylist or staff member of any allergies or sensitivities to any products, including synthetic hair. Gameday Braids cannot be held liable if the process has unexpected or undesired results due to known/unknown factors.

9. DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Arrive on time and ensure you wash and dry your hair prior to your appointment. We do not offer shampoo/dry service at this moment.

These policies allow us the opportunity to provide the best service possible. We thank you very much and appreciate your business and compliance with our policies.
